Thank you so much for your interest in representing Brittany Gutierrez Photography!

This will be my 1st year having a senior rep team and I won't lie, it's definitely my favorite part of my job.

My rep team is a huge part of my business and such a fun/creative outlet for me. Brittany Gutierrez Photography is just not the same without you guys! Below I have listed some additional details you may need to know before applying to be a #bgprep and some more info.

Applications for Class of 2025 will CLOSE in AUGUST 5th, 2024.

What is a Senior Rep?

Basically, being a rep involves seniors representing a specific photographer during their senior year. They help persuade their friends to book senior photo sessions with the photographer and, in return, receive perks like incentives and discounts.

BGP Reps enjoy special perks such as priority booking for their senior photos and 3-5 FREE photoshoots throughout the year.

Joining the rep team offers seniors a fun opportunity to make new friends and create lasting memories during their senior year. If you're an outgoing, creative, and fun senior, consider joining the 2025 Senior Rep Team with BGP!

What’s in it for you?

- An individual session in the fall AND in the spring.

- Priority booking (this means you get first dibs on dates).

- At least 3 group sessions (usually more)!

- The opportunity to make lots of new friends!

- And so much more!!

What are the requirements?

- As a BGP Rep you are required to ONLY represent Brittany Gutierrez Photography while you're on the team. This means you will agree to not work or shoot with any other photographers.

- You will be asked to post at least twice per semester on IG.

- Your Instagram account must be set to public during your time as a BGP Rep!

- A total payment of $1000

Application Tips!

Be as honest as you can! BGP is looking for fun, kind, and people who don’t mind meeting new people and making new connections! Ask your friends to apply with you! :)

There is no location requirement to become a rep, however, the majority of the group shoots will be in Houston or Galveston County so keep that in mind if you live outside of these areas!

While being comfortable in front of the camera is something I am looking for, as long as you are willing to put yourself out there and make friends, I will help you with your comfort in front of the camera :) That’s my job haha!

THE APPLICATION MUST BE FILLED BY THE SENIORS. NOT THE PARENTS.

PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS

As a BGP rep, you will book the Deluxe Senior Package for your individual senior photos.
The Deluxe Senior Package Includes:

1 Fall & 1 Spring Shoot
2 hrs Each
80-150 Images Each
2-3 Locations Each
3-4 Outfits Each
$1000 Total

Payment Outline:
$200 Retainer Due on August 2024
$400 Due on the date of your Fall Shoot (aug-dec)
$400 Due on the date of your Spring Shoot (jan-may)

You will NOT pay for the group shoots. There will be 3-5 free shoots throughout your time as a rep. All of the shoots are optional to attend with the exception of the first shoot in the Fall. The only cost of being a rep is for your individual senior photos.

*fall and spring is broken down by normal school semesters: Fall = aug-dec. Spring= jan-may.*

Brittany’s love for photography definitely shows in the pictures she takes. She has a good eye for detail and creatively makes every photo look unique. I was so excited to be a rep for her after getting my sweet 16 photos taken by her, I really enjoyed every photo session I’ve had with her because she comes with such positive energy that brought me comfort especially since I’m sorta shy when I’m getting pictures taken around people I don’t really talk to, and she definitely made this a fun experience for all her reps to remember, us laughing and genuinely smiling together, watching Brittany’s different positions to get the perfect picture, I have no doubt that her books will be completely filled soon so you would definitely want to book a session now especially if you’re looking for a fun time and a photographer who is passionate

People should be BGP representatives because Brittany takes such amazing pictures and she works so well with every single one of her reps!! She is very talented and takes wonderful shots she would definitely be a great option to think about if wanting to become a photographers representative. Not only is she super talented, but she is also S00000 kind and patient!! She will definitely work with you and try her best to accommodate to your schedule and your likings. She is literally one of a kind. If you were hesitant of becoming her rep don't be this is your sign to DO IT!!
